Pat McEwen

Pat is passionate about contributing to a sustainable environment and is committed to Carbon Balance Solutions’ vision for the future. Pat has over 40 years experience of land and plantation management and has dedicated himself to numerous organisations and boards that are focused on contributing positively to the forestry industry and wider community.

Kathy Jolley

Kathy is responsible for the financial administration of our company. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University to complement her extensive experience in the accounting and finance sector. Kathy has forged a strong reputation within the local business community for her professionalism and integrity.

Mandy Jolley

Mandy has joined the team with 24 years experience in the finance sector and is responsible for overseeing the management of forestry systems programs, including ensuring quality assurance practices are strongly adhered to. Mandy has strong links to the local community through her involvement in various sporting organisations.

Ryan McEwen

Ryan is responsible for ongoing plantation protection and management. His role also involves the data collection and analysis necessary for the development of the sequestration models. Ryan has 7 years experience in the forestry industry and is currently undertaking a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (Forestry) at Lismore University.

Hadyn McEwen

Hadyn is responsible for plantation establishment, forestry maintenance and the management of human resources. With over 10 years experience his strong understanding of strategic systems has contributed to the production of high quality plantations.
